- General Provisions This document constitutes a public offer agreement by OÜ IdaMööbel (hereinafter the Seller) and governs the sale of furniture and related goods through the website idamoobel.ee. Placing an order on the website or any other action indicating acceptance of these terms constitutes acceptance of this offer.
- Subject of the Agreement The Seller undertakes to deliver furniture and related goods (hereinafter Goods) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms hereof. Assortment, prices, and product descriptions are published on idamoobel.ee and may change without prior notice.
- Order Placement The Buyer may place an order independently through the website or by contacting the Seller via the 'Contacts' page. An order is deemed accepted upon confirmation by the Seller via email or another agreed method. 3.1 When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate and complete contact information. 3.2 The Seller reserves the right to decline any order without explanation. 3.3 The Buyer may cancel an order before it has been sent into production or forwarded to a supplier.
- Prices and Payment All prices on the website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made according to terms agreed with the Seller upon order confirmation. The Seller may require a prepayment of up to 100% of the order value.
- Delivery and Receipt Delivery timelines and terms are agreed individually for each order. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of handover.
- Returns and Exchanges Goods of satisfactory quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the original appearance and completeness are preserved. Returns of defective Goods are handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise required by law.
- Warranties The Seller provides a warranty on Goods in accordance with Estonian law and/or manufacturer terms. Warranty claims do not cover damage resulting from improper use, mechanical damage caused by the Buyer or third parties.
- Data Protection The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law. Data is used solely for contract fulfilment and is not shared with third parties without the Buyer's consent, except as required by law.
- Liability The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of this agreement in accordance with Estonian law. The Seller's aggregate liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
- Governing Law and Disputes This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in the competent courts of the Republic of Estonia.
- Amendments The Seller may unilaterally amend these terms. A new version takes effect upon publication on idamoobel.ee. Continued use of the website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
